BUSE s.r.o., Burda’s special electronics, was founded by ing. Jiří Burda in 1992. Since its founding, BUSE has focused on development and production of equipment for information and display technologies. In the nineties signs based on DOT-LED technology became a core product and sold successfully not only on the domestic market but also in Europe and overseas (North America, Australia, Japan).

BUSE company still ranks first in the world in this field – BUSE got a patent for the production of DOT-LED information signs.

BUSE has been also producing LED information signs since 2002. In connection with constantly increasing requirements placed on vehicle systems, since 2000 BUSE has focused on development and production of a complex vehicle system, which represents a technologically consistent solution for the customer. The BUSE complex vehicle system includes passenger information system, acoustic and camera systems, automatic passenger counting, where functionality and complex communication (incl. voice, data and information transmissions between a vehicle and a controlling centre) is provided by an on-board computer BS 300 which represents a control device of the vehicle system. The information and communication system has been completed with a fare collection system recently. In 2016, BUSE developed a new generation of intelligent bus stop signs.

BUSE is based in Blansko, Masarykova 9 and has 120 employees. Besides its headquarters there are also BUSE production facilities consisting of two production premises in Blansko.
